How Renewal Life Solutions Evolved
The guidance I offer you is based on experiences and lessons learned
from others as well as my own life experiences and professional
qualifications.
I went through a period of crisis in my life where everything
seemed to fall apart. My husband fell ill and had to retire;
this placed strain on our marriage and it began to fall
apart leaving our children confused. As a result, both children
withdrew in their own ways.
My son became angry, and his attitude towards learning deteriorated
as he rebelled. At the same time, my daughter became very
withdrawn. I should have tried harder to listen to them, but
at the time I didn't understand that and I didn't know how to
actively listen.
Relationships outside my family life dissolved as well while
we battled with my mother’s dementia. I struggled
with the financial crisis that followed and felt stressed at
work.
Because I felt I was unable to trust anyone, there
seemed to be no one to turn to. I had completely run out
of resources and felt like I was at the bottom of a dark pit.
But there is one thing about being at the bottom of a pit; you
have to make a choice. You can choose to stay there or
you can climb out towards the light…I chose the light.
Since then, I have been dedicated to learning more about the needs
of families, women and children. I attended many workshops,
especially ones that focused on the needs of boys, men and women in addition
to focusing on nutrition and its effects on the human brain.
Years of self neglect led to my own illness. I had spent so
much time looking after others that I had overlooked my own needs. I
decided to do a thorough inner and outer spring cleaning to put myself onto
a healthier path.
I began studying Feng Shui and a myriad of other forms of energy,
healing and the body/mind connection. The result - I learned
to forgive, let go and to love myself. As I implemented the strategies
I’d learned into my life, things turned around. It
didn’t happen overnight; first there was resistance and
chaos, then gradually positive change. The journey continues
as I continue to evolve as a person, more connect to who I am
in-truth.
My journey led to many discoveries that I now share with others, so
that their journeys are easier. I am inspired by people such as Oprah
Winfrey, Louise Hay, Dr Doreen Virtue, Dr Wayne Dwyer, Anthony Robbins and
so many more. These are people who began with few resources other than
great inner strength and yet have assisted so many other people to make massive
positive change in their lives. They are each outstanding role models for what
we can accomplish in our own lives in our own way.
Did you know that great people such as Nelson Mandela get professional
assistance with their lives? Well they
do! At times, everybody needs a little help to go that one step further
towards their own greatness.
I dream of a world where people appreciate their own unique gifts
and talents and the unique qualities of others in their lives. By
helping people appreciate what they were given and teaching them how to
experience joy, health and vitality, this dream becomes reality. I encourage
people to look after each other, this planet, and every living thing on
it. By returning to basics, examining who we really are, we realise that
all individuals are connected in some indescribable way. |
